Questions we hear a lot

Is there a free plan?+

Basic has a 15-day free trial. After that it's $10/mo. We don't do 'free forever' tiers because it usually means the free users become the product.

How is billing handled?+

Through Shopify's billing system. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Cancel from the app listing in your Shopify admin and billing stops at the end of the period.

Can I switch between plans?+

Yes. Upgrading is instant. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no surprise refunds or split invoices.

Do you offer annual pricing?+

Not today. Shopify's billing model prefers monthly, and we like the simplicity. If you're a multi-location operator who wants annual terms, email us.

What happens if I uninstall?+

Dashprep cleans up after itself — your orders, products, users, and settings are deleted. We also honor Shopify's shop/redact and customers/redact webhooks.
