Yes — every store starts with a free 3-day trial that includes 3 prep screens and 1 prep station (no custom subdomain). When the 3 days are up, choose a plan to keep your boards running.
Does it charge during the free trial?+
No. The 3-day trial is completely free and no payment is taken. You're only billed once you choose a paid plan inside Shopify after the trial.
What counts as a screen?+
A screen is one prep display running at the same time — a monitor on the wall, a tablet at a station, or any device showing a live Dashprep board. Your plan sets how many can run simultaneously.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever your operation changes — plan changes are handled in your Shopify admin and take effect right away.
Is there a contract?+
No. Dashprep is month-to-month and billed monthly through Shopify. Cancel any time from the Shopify admin — no calls, no lock-in.
