Using Dashprep
By installing Dashprep, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install the app.
Your account
Your use of Dashprep is tied to your Shopify store. You are responsible for your team's use of the app and for keeping credentials secure. If you believe an unauthorized person has access, uninstall from Shopify immediately and email us.
Fees
Billing is handled by Shopify on the schedule shown on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time from the Shopify App Store listing in your admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate refunds.
Your data
You own your data. We act as a processor for order, product, and team data held in Dashprep. See our Privacy policy for specifics.
Uptime & SLA
We aim for 99.9% uptime. On Basic and Pro plans we do not commit to an uptime SLA. Enterprise customers can negotiate a specific SLA as part of their agreement.
Warranties
Dashprep is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every line item will always route instantly — though that's our goal every single second of every day.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the changelog and at the top of this page.
