Prep station workflows
Map your shop.
The screen follows.
Most 'order management' tools make you change how you work. Dashprep starts from your shop floor — your stations, your sequence, your language — and builds the board around that.

Make it yours
Five knobs, not fifty.
01
Name your stations
Call them what your team calls them. 'Bench', 'Oven 2', 'Decorators A/B', 'Assembly Line'. The names show up on the board, on kiosks, in handoff notifications.
02
Set what each station owns
Rules are simple OR-joins: 'this collection' OR 'this product type' OR 'this tag' OR 'this delivery method' — combined how you like.
03
Control the layout
Compact card, full card, prep-only view. Kiosk-friendly dark mode or daylight-ready light mode, theme saved per user or locked store-wide.
04
Decide how orders move
Auto-complete on ship? Manual 'done' tap per line? Require a photo on completion? Set it per station.

Flex without fragility
- Unlimited stations — no per-station fee
- Stations can overlap: a line item can show at 'Decorators' and 'Packers' if both need to see it
- Reorder the board to match how work flows physically through your shop
- Temporary stations for holiday rushes or pop-ups, archived when the season ends
- Sort and filter per station, per day, per user
- Settings scope system: per-user customization for staff, locked store-wide for compliance
